Chinese Traditional Massage Therapy
Through the manipulation of different techniques, Chinese traditional massage therapy regulates the body's meridians, qi and blood, viscera and other functions, achieving purposes of disease prevention, treatment, and health care. Our traditional Chinese medicine services include:
- Remedial Message (Tui Na): Through different techniques(pushing, pressing, kneading, point, hitting, etc.) combined with the way of force, different body parts are conditioned. It promotes the circulation of qi and blood and relieves the tension of muscles and fascia.
- Acupuncture: The insertion of thin needles into specific points on the body to stimulate and balance the flow of energy, known as qi,through the body's meridians.
- Reflexology: Applying pressureto specific points on the feet, hands, or ears, further corresponding to different organs and systems in the body. It promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and stimulates the body's natural healing processes.
- Moxibustion: Burning of Artemisia vulgarison or near specific acupuncture points or areas of the body. The heat generated stimulates and strengthens the flow of qi in the body, promoting overall well-being and treating various health conditions.
- Cupping Therapy: Creating suction on the skin's surface using cups. Itpromotes blood circulation, reduce pain, and address various health conditions.
- Scraping Therapy(Gua Sha): Scraping the skin with a smooth-edged tool to stimulate blood flow and promote healing. It helps release tension, reduce inflammation, and improve circulation.
- Ear Candling: Placing a hollow candle-shaped device in the ear and lighting the other end. The heat generated is believed to create a vacuum, drawing earwax and impurities out of the ear canal.

TCM Practitioner Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (5 years full time training), China
- Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (3 years full time training), China
- Diploma in TCM Remedial Massage and Western Remedial Massage (1 year full time training), Australia
- 22 years clinical experience (5 years as a doctor in The Affiliated Hospital of Bethune Medical University, China and 17 years TCM clinical practice in Australia)
- Registered with Chinese Medicine Board of Australia, Accredited member of ATMS for Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Consultation and Remedial Massage
